In the past 14 years, PRASAD CDHP has served more than 63,000 children, providing more than 170,674 dental procedures, at over 17 different community sites in Sullivan and Ulster counties.
We serve children only, ages six months to 19 years, and accept many types of insurance, including Medicaid. We also have a sliding fee scale for children who are under or uninsured. In 2010 alone, the program provided education and dental care services to more than 3,320 children.
Aboard the Mobile Dental Clinic, the compassionate and professional staff provide children with a full range of services, including screenings, cleanings, X-rays, exams, fillings, extractions and emergency services. Learn more…
Education: In addition to delivering quality dental health services, our mission is to educate children about their dental health and encourage them to maintain optimal dental health through adolescence and into adulthood. - We encourage and teach positive behavior for optimal dental health practices among children, teens and pregnant mothers.
